SECOND REALIZATION PARAMATMA

SECOND REALIZATION PARAMATMA
The Paramatma realization goes by rising consciousness up through the systems of Chakras, seven mine energy centers in the body. Each Chakra corresponds to a certain body and we can distinguish this First Physical body, Second Etheric body, third, Astral body, fourth Ego body, then Mental body the Fifth and the next is Sixth body of Intelligence and the Last one is the Seventh body of Bliss.
In Patanjali 'Yoga Sutras' there is the description of five "Kosas" or coverings of the Soul, which correspond to the seven Chakras, there is Annamaya Kosa or food, Second is Pranamaya Kosa or Energy covering, Third, Manomaya Mental covering, then Fourth Vijnanamaya Kosa as the Knowledge covering and finally the Fifth covering of Bliss Ananamaya Kosa, which is the attachment to happiness. This all coverings are gradually removed by rising consciousness.
The yogi through the process of self control is concentrating his mind on God situated as Paramatma, Supersoul inside his heart together with his own Soul. The Paramatma as 'God in the Heart' is situated in every heart of all living entities. By constant meditation about God, the yogi is rising his consciousness through the Chakras up passing through many realizations to finally go beyond this material realm and travel wherever he desires to finally come to the point of achieving God personally by his meditation.
